    Rules and regulation are not uniform.

    Having professional responsibility within large organisations requires cultural and legal knowledge at your fingertips. You are the expert. People within the organisation rely on your advice. And they expect you to be able to provide the basis for correct solutions - even for the parts of the organisation which is not your home country.

    Two intensive days of teaching in selected topics within Scandinavian employment law will enable you to compare and distinguish between the differences in some of the most practical day-to-day employment law topics equipping you with the skills to identify the rules applicable for the daily challenges and provide solutions for each country in order for you to make decisions when it matters.

    The course program will be focusing on:

    • The ordinary course of employment - grievance procedures, warnings, performance improvement plans, holiday, how to handle sickness absence, maternity and parental leave and changes to the terms of employment
