Jonatan Loor

Jonatan Loor is a Partner in Delphi’s Banking and Finance Group and is responsible for the team working with financial regulation. Jonatan has deep and broad experience of compliance, licensing issues and supervision of banks and other financial companies. He has previously held roles as CEO of a bank, as a lawyer at the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and within first- and second line compliance at a major bank. Jonatan mainly advises banks and other financial companies on decisions and investigations by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, appeals, regulatory disputes, regulatory implementation projects, licensing issues and other matters related to financial operations rules as well as anti-money laundering regulations. Jonatan also works with M&A, with a particular focus on transactions relating to licensed entities.
