Karin Roberts

Karin Roberts is specialised in competition law. She has a broad experience of all kind of competition law matters including anti-competitive behavior, abuse of dominant position, merger control and competition neutrality. She regularly assists clients in cartel investigations, dawn raids, merger filings and compliance matters. Karin is a member of Delphi’s Life Science group and often advises clients in the pharmaceutical sector. Karin has from her time as deputy head of the competition neutrality unit at the Swedish Competition Authority, specific experience of public sector and can provide clients with distinct advice in matters with a public affiliation. Karin assists clients in all regulatory matters.

Karin is an experienced lecturer. She has participated in several conferences as speaker and as moderator, both in Sweden and abroad.
