Elisabeth Eklund has once again been appointed as Non-Governmental Advisor for the Swedish Competition Authority within the International Competition Network

Elisabeth Eklund, Partner who is heading Delphi’s competition law practice, has once again been appointed as Non-Governmental Advisor for the Swedish Competition Authority within the International Competition Network, ICN, in the working group for Unilateral Conduct during the coming year.

Elisabeth has actively participated in the work of ICN for the last three years and was one of the working-group’s panelists at the ICN’s Annual Conference in New Delhi in April 2018.

Elisabeth Eklund is ranked by several international ranking institutes as one of the leading competition lawyers in Sweden. Elisabeth has extensive experience of all forms of competition law advice. She advises companies in various industries in abuse of dominance cases, cartel investigation and vertical restrictions. She also handles merger control, dawn raids, and is regularly counsel in competition litigations and arbitrations as well as regulatory proceedings with a particular focus on pharmaceuticals, medical devices, fast-moving consumer goods, waste disposal, transports, food and energy. She is also a guest lecturer at Stockholm University and is a frequent speaker at conferences and has published a number of articles in competition law journals.
