AB Stångåstaden and Fastighets AB Sankt Kors, both of which are owned by the municipality of Linköping, are to cooperate with the aim of creating a new sphere of growth in Linköping with, for example, new housing units close to the centre of Linköping. As part of a joint project proposals for new local plans are being drawn up for parts of Wahlbecks Business Park whereby approximately 500 flats and over 20 000 square meters of commercial premises can be constructed in the area. Delphi has advised in the setting up of a project company dealing with various housing law issues and agreements governing the transfer of land and registration of property.
Delphi’s team was led by partner Göran M. Karlsson and associate Helena Abelsson. They have received assistance in respect of tax law matters from partner Mikael Knutsson and of council tax Johan Kristoffersson.
