Delphi advises Valvbron Fastigheter on divestment of warehouse property in Mariestad to Nyfosa

Delphi has advised Valvbron Fastigheter AB in the sale of the property Mariestad Järnet 2 to Nyfosa AB. The property comprises approximately 21,000 square meters of warehouse space and is fully leased. The existing tenant is DS Smith. The property is mainly newly built since 2023 and has been developed in close cooperation with the tenant.

Delphi, through Anders Hulegårdh and Oscar Friedrich, has acted as legal advisor to Valvbron Fastigheter in the transaction.
