Delphi advisor to EHF in the sale of Götenehus Group to Dellner Homes

Delphi has assisted EHF AB in the sale of Götenehus Group AB and its subsidiaries to Dellner Homes AB, which also owns Fiskarhedenvillan AB. The transaction marks an important step to ensure Götenehus’ future competitiveness in an industry where the need for consolidation is significant. Dellner Homes is now taking the lead in building a Nordic house group at the forefront, where Götenehus will be a central part. For the parties, it has been important to preserve expertise and local anchoring. Therefore, both Erik Hemberg and Andreas Gustafsson will remain on the Götenehus board. The parties will also jointly own and develop the property in Götene where the company operates – with the ambition to create conditions for a growing business within the industrial area.

The transaction is subject to closing conditions and is expected to be completed during the third quarter of 2025.
