Delphi advisor to Kynningsrud Fastighet in the purchase of properties in Karlstad and Falkenberg

The other day it became official that Kynningsrud Fastighet is buying properties in Karlstad at Bergvik Shopping Centre (E18), and in Falkenberg at E6. Both properties are large unbuilt plots but will be developed near future. The goal for the new market operator is to grow further.

 

“Kynningsrud Fastighet has made several property sales and acquisitions in recent years, but also developed projects, we intend to expand the latter area of operation. We therefore hope to soon be able to acquire additional properties and we are actively looking for objects. We build partly for our own crane operations, and for other tenants,” says Per Andersson at Kynningsrud Fastighet.

Examples of projects include the development of a property for ICA in Ljungskile and the area Kasen in Uddevalla,in total 33.000m2 of facilities and 210.000m2 of land.

Kynningsrud consists of four business areas; Cranes, Precast, Property development and Foundations. The company is a precast entrepreneur and for all in the construction industry and assemble concrete elements which are the backbone of many different types of buildings. Further, Kynningsrud works with development and lease of commercial premises. Through Nordic Crane Kynningsrud the company provides all types of lifting services and special transports. Kynningsrud is headquartered in Halden and is a family-owned company.
