Delphi advisor to NIBE Industrier AB (publ) on its acquisition of shares in FPI Fireplace Products International Ltd.
Delphi has been legal advisor to NIBE Industrier AB (publ) in connection with its acquisition of 65% of the shares in FPI Fireplace Products International Ltd. The remaining 35% of the shares are covered by options and can be acquired in different installments until 2022.
FPI’s business includes product development, production and marketing with headquarter in Vancouver, Canada, and with subsidiaries in the USA and Australia. The company has approximately 380 employees and a turnover of 90 MCAD (about 600 MSEK). FPI will be included in the business area NIBE Stoves.
