Delphi advisor to Vättersnäs Förvaltnings AB in connection with the acquisition of rental property in Mölndal

Delphi has assisted Vättersnäs Förvaltnings AB in the acquisition of a rental property in Mölndal from Catena AB. The property is located at Arnegårdsgatan in Mölndal and comprises premises of approximately 4,000 m2. The property is fully leased, with the current tenant being Leo’s Lekland.

Delphi, through Anders Hulegårdh and Oscar Friedrich, has acted as legal advisor to Vättersnäs Förvaltnings AB in the transaction.
