Delphi is pleased to announce that Fredrik Mörner, Michael Juhlin and Katarina Ibold have been elected as partners with effect from 1 January 2016.
Fredrik Mörner joined Delphi in 2011. Fredrik works primarily with capital markets and mergers and acquisitions with a focus on private equity and venture capital.
“It’s really exciting to have been granted this vote of confidence. I look forward to the challenge to take on greater responsibilities and becoming more involved in Delphi and its continued success”, says Fredrik.
Michael Juhlin joined Delphi in 2007. Michael focuses on mergers and acquisitions and represents clients in a wide variety of business sectors in domestic and cross-border transactions.
“I look forward to continue working with my colleagues to develop Delphi and strengthen the firm’s reputation as one of the leading law firms in Sweden”, says Michael.
Katarina Ibold joined Delphi in 2007, before that she worked at Sundsvall district court for two years. Katarina mainly works with commercial disputes, primarily in public court and arbitration proceedings, and representing companies as well as municipalities and municipality-owned companies.
“It will be incredibly fun and I hope to in this way contribute further to the firm’s continued positive growth”, says Katarina.
“Fredrik, Michael and Katarina are very much appreciated by both clients and colleagues and play an important role for the firm”, says Stefan Erhag, executive partner at Delphi.
