Delphi Malmö once again named one of Skåne’s best workplaces

Delphi’s Malmö office has earned a place on the list of Skåne’s Best Workplaces 2025, compiled by Great Place to Work – marking the second consecutive year the firm has qualified for the list. The office ranks 6 out of fifteen and, just like last year, receives particularly high scores in community, job satisfaction, trust, pride, and teamwork.

Great Place to Work is a global organization that for more than three decades has evaluated workplaces in over 100 countries. To be recognized as a truly great workplace, organizations must excel across five dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. For the past 20 years, Great Place to Work has also ranked Sweden’s best workplaces. In 2024, a regional ranking was introduced for the first time – and Delphi Malmö secured a spot on the list of Skåne’s best workplaces, ranking seventh out of fifteen.

To qualify for the list, organizations must conduct Great Place to Work’s employee survey and achieve a result where at least 70 % of employees rate the workplace culture at the highest level. All organizations operating in Skåne can participate, regardless of industry or size. From these, the 15 best are ranked on the list.
