Delphi predicts rise in real-estate transactions

The Swedish real-estate market is attractive for foreign investors and Delphi has seen a clear increase in interest.
“Besides transactions which were made public or which our lawyers carried out, there are acquisitions under way, in which foreign players are prominent. We have also seen a marked increase in enquiries from foreign funds. Foreign law firms are being proactive in their contacts in order to help their clients find the right advisor”, says Stefan Erhag Executive partner at Delphi.
Delphi is now meeting this interest with a strategic investment, which will further strengthen Delphi’s position on the real-estate market.
“The recruitment of Magnus Björkander and Erika Rosenberg provides us with further breadth in our competencies, which will produce results in terms of our business. Delphi’s focus started in reality two years ago when Anders Hulegårdh strengthened the Goteborg group. These are three extremely skilled individuals and we are convinced they will develop Delphi’s real-estate practice very strongly”, says Stefan Erhag.
