Delphi strengthens its Dispute Resolution Group
Delphi has strengthened its dispute resolution team with the recruitment of litigation specialist Simon Arvmyren. Simon comes from Sandart & Partners and has more than 10 years of experience in dispute resolution as counsel in both national and international arbitration and in court proceedings.
As part of his commitment to arbitration, Simon has been appointed as one of ICC Sweden’s representatives of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR working with development of new international regulatory frameworks for dispute resolution. In the area of mediation Simon has along with ICC Sweden worked to push forward the Swedish development of mediation in relation to commercial disputes.
