Five new partners at Delphi at the turn of the year

Delphi strengthens with five new partners effective January 1, 2019.

Simon Arvmyren, located at the Stockholm office, works primarily with arbitration and other commercial dispute resolutions. In addition to his work as a litigation lawyer, Simon has several assignments as a lecturer in procedural law and civil law.

Magnus Berterud, at the Stockholm office, specializes in labor law and has extensive experience in labor law counseling for M&A transactions and processes in both general court as well as arbitration proceedings.

Rickard Isacson, also at the Stockholm office, specializes in M&A and works on a regular basis with transactions, both national as well as cross-border in various industries.

Christian Härdgård, located at the Malmö office, specializes in procurement matters, as well as environmental and property law matters. He has worked within his jurisdictions in both court and government.

Micael Karlsson, at the Malmö office, specializes in contract and corporate law and works primarily with mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and commercial agreements.
