During 2011, Delphi and SPI have produced standard terms and conditions for cloud sourcing and software-as-a-service. A partner agreement has also been published for the distribution of software and support. Delphi also previously cooperated on the preparation of agreements for consultancy services, support and maintenance.
The work involved interviewing and gathering material from industry representatives. Agne Lindberg at Delphi has been responsible for the project:

Delphi and SPI have together created in this suite of agreements a complete tool kit for the Swedish software industry, enabling it to sell its services and products securely. In the near future we will be providing training in the use of the agreements.”
