Svenska Handelsfastigheter has decided to make a capital issue, giving the company an estimated acquisition capacity of approximately SEK 3.5 billion, to further strengthen its financial flexibility and secure further growth. In connection with the rights issue AP4 and Kåpan Pensioner will become new owners.
Svenska Handelsfastigheter manages and develops properties in the retail sector. The company currently owns 50 retail properties with an estimated market value of SEK 3 billion. The properties are spread geographically throughout Sweden and the largest tenants are ICA, Bergendahl, Coop and Axfood.
