Andreas Hallbeck

Andreas Hallbeck is part of Delphi’s dispute resolution practice group. He regularly acts as counsel in both domestic and international arbitration proceedings, as well as in Swedish court litigation. Andreas has experience handling disputes across a broad range of areas, including M&A, supply agreements, other commercial contracts, shareholder disputes and investor-state disputes. Andreas has acted for clients in arbitrations governed by the SCC Rules, ICC Rules, ICSID Rules and UNCITRAL Rules. He also has substantial experience leading complex internal investigations concerning suspected breaches of company policies and violations of law. Andreas is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and the New York State Bar.
