Mathilda Benoni specializes in commercial disputes and employment law.
Mathilda has extensive experience in disputes across various industries and legal areas, with a particular interest in commercial contracts and sales law. As part of the dispute resolution team, she assists our clients by drafting demand letters and statements of claim, and represents them before general courts and arbitration tribunals.
Mathilda also provides our clients with guidance and advice on all types of employment law matters, including individual employment issues, reorganizations, business transfers, recruitment, contracts, policies, staffing, as well as employment-related disputes concerning dismissals, loyalty, and trade secrets. As part of her work, she assists clients in union consultations and negotiations. Mathilda also has specific experience advising on insolvency-related employment matters. She regularly lectures on employment law.
