Delphi has acted as local counsel to SJ Berwin in connection with Hans Anders Retail Group B.V. acquisition of Momentai Plc and its Swedish subsidiary Direkt Optik Aktiebolag. Hans Anders Retail Group B.V. has been a supplier of quality eyeglasses and hearing aids and is market leader in the Dutch optics market and has approximately 400 stores in the Netherlands, Belgium and France and over 1,500 employees. Direkt Optik Aktiebolag was founded in 1992 and has 35 stores in Sweden and one in Alicante, Spain.
