Delphi advises Svenska Handelsfastigheter on property acquisition in Växjö

Delphi has advised Svenska Handelsfastigheter in connection with the acquisition of a retail property in the expansive Samarkand area of Växjö.

This transaction marks Svenska Handelsfastigheter’s third acquisition in Samarkand. Together with the nearby shopping center Grand Samarkand, the area constitutes one of the largest retail hubs in the country, with an annual turnover of approximately SEK 8 billion.

The seller in the transaction was Eurocommercial Properties Sweden.
