Delphi advisor to the sellers in connection with Eficode’s acquisition of Solidify

Eficode has acquired all shares in Solidify Holding AB and, indirectly, its subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Estonia. Solidify is a leading consulting firm within GitHub and Microsoft services in Scandinavia. Solidify is a partner to Microsoft within DevOps, cloud platforms and system development.

In connection with the transaction, Solidify’s product business was carved out and will continue to be operated separately by the sellers through the company Nooga Solutions AB. The sellers will also continue as minority shareholders in the Eficode group.

The Eficode group is owned, among others, by funds managed by Investcorp, the group’s management, and other key individuals.

Delphi advised the sellers of Solidify with a team primarily consisting of Michael Juhlin, Christoffer Malmström, Ellioth Lodenius, and Julia Hugoson.
