Delphi advisor to Team Sportia when they get a new main owner

Delphi has been legal advisor to TeamSportia AB in connection with the Finnish SGN Group Oy signed on as the new main owner. After a directed share issue SGN Group now owns about 67 percent of the shares in the company.

 

Delphi’s team was led by Marcus Nivinger, partner, mainly supported by Olof Reinholdsson, senior associate. Paula Hogéus, partner, was responsible for providing labor advice.
