Delphi has advised Stiftelsen Industrifonden and the British venture capital fund Balderton Capital in connection with their investments in Soundtrack Your Brand.
Delphi has advised Stiftelsen Industrifonden and the British venture capital fund Balderton Capital in connection with their investments in Soundtrack Your Brand.
The total investment round amounts to 22 million US-dollars. The financing round also saw participation from several current shareholders including Telia Company, Northzone, Creandum, H&M’s family vehicle HMP and Jörg Mohaupt.
Soundtrack Your Brand is a supplier of a streaming service in 100 countries around the world that allows stores and restaurants to play music for customers. The Swedish music service Spotify, which focuses on the consumer market, is a major shareholder in Soundtrack Your Brand.
Responsible partner Anders Lindström led the Delphi team and was assisted primarily by Emma Dansbo and Caroline Sundberg (senior associates) and Jeppa Persson (associate). In addition, a large number of lawyers at Delphi were involved in the transaction.
