Revised rules for arbitration proceedings
In addition to the rules set out in the Swedish Arbitration Act rules from an arbitration institute are often used. The SCC’s Board recently decided to revise both the Arbitration Rules and the Expedited Arbitration Rules. Partner Sverker Bonde and lawyer Simon Arvmyren describes the changes in the rules.
