Christopher Bona has been active as a lawyer for more than 30 years and has assisted Swedish and international companies in the industrial, service and technology sectors with issues regarding Cloud/SaaS services, IPR and trade secrets, Data Act/GDPR and other regulatory matters (including export control). Clients are found within industrial and commercial companies, software/consulting companies, semiconductor companies and otherwise within the technology sector. Christopher’s assignments typically include strategic and operational advice, assistance in commercial negotiations and dispute resolution regarding both commercial agreements and regulatory matters.
Christopher also works with ownership issues in owner-managed companies and also with private/public customers/buyers of IT systems and technology solutions.
