Christopher Stridh

Christopher Stridh specialises in commercial arbitration and court litigation, with a primary focus on contract and corporate law. With extensive experience representing clients across diverse sectors – including financial services, insurance, and manufacturing – he has handled complex disputes involving M&A transactions, supply and distribution agreements, and manufacturing contracts. Christopher has also served in Swedish courts. He possesses particular expertise in compulsory redemption proceedings under the Swedish Companies Act, having represented both majority and minority shareholders and served as arbitrator.

Christopher is a regular contributor to discussions on topical legal issues and is a member of Young Arbitrators Sweden (YAS) and Föreningen Tvistlösning i Domstol (TiD).
