Johan Lundgren works with commercial disputes and represents private and public actors before courts and arbitration tribunals. He has a background as a judge and has around 15 years of experience in handling dispute resolution in various roles and in a variety of industries and areas of law.
Johan has a particular focus on construction law and regularly advises clients before, during and after various construction and infrastructure projects.
Johan has also worked as a prosecutor and has a broad experience of handling issues related to financial crime. Johan therefore assists clients in internal investigations and in contacts with authorities and counterparties in such matters.
