For the fifth consecutive year – Delphi certified by Great Place To Work®

Delphi has once again been certified as a very good workplace according to Great Place To Work’s international standard. The result confirms the firm’s long-term efforts to create an inclusive and engaging work environment.

Today, Delphi’s Great Place To Work certification was renewed, based on a comprehensive survey in which employees evaluate Delphi as a workplace and answer questions about the company’s working environment and organisational culture. Great Place To Work is the most used employee survey in the world, and again this year Delphi has achieved very high results. This year’s employee survey shows that a full 94 per cent of Delphi’s employees consider the firm to be a very good workplace. This is the highest figure Delphi has received since they began participating in the survey.

The survey also shows strong results in several specific categories, such as:

  1. Our clients would give us the highest rating – 99%.
  2. I am proud to tell others where I work – 96%
  3. I am proud of what we achieve here – 96%
  4. Employees look forward to coming to work here – 93%
  5. I am offered training or development to grow in my professional field – 90%

– We are delighted to see that our employees have given us even stronger ratings in this year’s survey. We are continuously working on becoming a workplace where people grow, develop, and feel seen. We see this result as proof that we are on the right track in our role as an employer – something we also believe makes us better advisors, says Stefan Erhag, Executive Partner at Delphi.
