Delphi advised Christer Harling on transfer of real estates in central Gothenburg

The acquisition concerns nine commercial properties in the city centre of Gothenburg. The properties have a total area of 12,000 square meters and closing took place turn of the month April/May. All nine properties are located in Gothenburg’s most central areas, inside of the town’s moat. Among the major tenants include, among others, Granit, Lindroth’s media production, Resekonsulterna and Stuk.
