Delphi advised Framnäs Centrum Kommanditbolag on transfer of Framnäs shopping centre in Lidköping

Delphi has advised Framnäs Centrum Kommanditbolag on the sale of Framnäs shopping centre in Lidköping. The transfer was made to Redito at a price of SEK 127 million and Reditos acquisition has been made through Trophi AB, owned by the Third Swedish National Pension Fund.

 

The property constitutes the trade center Framnäs shopping centre, located in the heart of the city and facing the harbor. The largest tenants are ICA Kvantum and Willy:s. The shopping centre’s area is 22,000 square meters and the vacancy rate is 10-15 percent. The property was brokered by Savills and the Danish company Habro & Finansgruppen assisted the seller in commercial matters.
