Delphi has advised Greencarrier AB’s subsidiary Scandinavian Shipping & Logistics Norrköping AB on its acquisition of all shares in Neptumar AB. The seller was the German liner agency Menzell & Döhle. I connection with the transaction the seller acquired 15 per cent of all shares in Scandinavian Shipping & Logistics Norrköping AB.
Greencarrier provides global transport and logistics solutions. Greencarrier’s consolidated turnover amounts to SEK 3.5 billion and the group has offices established in 13 countries with over 750 employees.
