Delphi has been legal advisor to Hövding Sverige AB (publ) when implementing a diversification of ownership through a public offering of new shares in connection with a listing on NASDAQ First North.
The offering, amounting to about 60 million SEK, was fully subscribed and, as a result of the great interest from the public, drawing of lots was applied in the allotment of shares. The number of shareholders after the issue amounts to over 1,850 and the first day of trading for the shares was yesterday, 16 June 2015.
Hövding develops and sells the world’s first (and only) airbag helmet for cyclists, which offers the best shock absorption in the world at the same time as it is attractive and practical fashion accessory.
