Delphi advised Nibe Industrier AB (publ) on acquisition of Springfield Wire

Nibe Industrier AB (publ) was advised by Advokatfirman Delphi, on its acquisition of Springfield Wire, Inc. in USA, Mexico and China. Delphi was lead counsel and collaborated with local law firms. The acquired business will form part of the NIBE Element business area.

 

Springfield Wire, Inc has approximately 1000 employees in USA, Mexico and China and a turnover of around SEK 330 million. The product range consists primarily of compressor heaters, defrost elements, insulated heater wire and diesel heaters.

Delphi’s team was headed by partner Per-Ivar Svensson assisted by partner Anders Jemail and advokat Micael Karlsson.
