Delphi has together with Ernst & Young Law GmbH advised Area Clearance Services Sweden AB on its acquisition of the Dynasafe group. Delphi also advised Perusa Partners Fund I LP in the financing of the acquisition. The Delphi team consisted of partner Per Granström and associate Johanna Elvander (with regard to the transaction) and partner Erica Johansson and associate Olof Hagberg (with regard to the financing).
