Delphi advises on major land development project

Warehousing and industrial space of 85 000 square metres is to be constructed on a plot of 120 000 square metres in Göteborg . The land lies within a zoned area south of Holmvägen in Hisingen Göteborg and is owned by HIPAB – Holmvägen Industripark AB. Construction is expected to start during summer 2012. This development is one of the largest in western Sweden. Newsec has been commissioned to first let and then sell the project.
