Delphi is advising OK-Q8 AB on the formation of a new Scandinavian group through OKQ8 AB’S acquisition of shares in Q8 Danmark A/S from Kuwait Petroleum Europe BV.
Kromann Reumert in Copenhagen advised on the legal due diligence in Denmark. The OK economic association and Kuwait Petroleum International own fifty percent each of the new group. Turnover in the new group totals SEK 24.7 billion excluding moms and other taxes.
Delphi partner, Per Berglöf was responsible for the transaction and he was assisted by Andreas Wirén. In addition, Erica Nobel, Delphi partner and environment lawyer and tax specialist, Mikael Knutsson assisted. The acquisition is conditional upon the approval of the EU Commission. Delphi partner, Elisabeth Eklund, assisted by Oscar Jansson, is responsible for the notification to the Commission.
