Delphi has been legal advisor to CybAero AB (publ) in a private placement of 1.8 million new shares. The new shares were subscribed April 8, 2014 by international institutional investors. The new issue of shares is subject to approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 6 May, 2014.
CybAero develops, manufactures and markets autonomous unmanned helicopters (VTOL UAVs) with associated sensor systems. CybAero’s head office is in The Aviation Capital of Sweden, Linköping, which boasts an aviation cluster that includes more than 60 hi-tech companies and cutting-edge research at Linköping University. The company currently has 18 employees and is listed on the First North stock exchange.
