Delphi advisor in the sale of Torslanda Entreprenad AB
Delphi has advised Landström & Jonsson Maskin AB on the sale of 75 per cent of the shares in Torslanda Entreprenad i Göteborg AB to a holding company wholly owned by AB Gullringsbo Egendomar.
Delphi has advised Landström & Jonsson Maskin AB on the sale of 75 per cent of the shares in Torslanda Entreprenad i Göteborg AB to a holding company wholly owned by AB Gullringsbo Egendomar.
Torslanda Entreprenad AB provides services as a site development and construction contractor. The company has about 50 employees with a turnover of approximately SEK 130 million. In connection with the transfer of shares, Landström & Jonsson Maskin AB also sold the property company KB Tuve 16:48, also purchased by a holding company wholly owned by AB Gullringsbo Egendomar. Closing will take place on 3 June 2013.
Delphi’s team was led by partner Vilhelm Nyström (M&A). The team also included Fredrik Jorstadius (M&A) and partner Leif Ramberg and Eva Folkow (labour law).
The seller’s financial advisor has been ScandCap through Oskar Säfström.
