Delphi advised Nibe on its acquisition of the Danish company, Eltwin A/S.
NIBE Industrier AB (publ.) has concluded an agreement on the acquisition of all shares in the Danish company, Eltwin A/S. With operations in Denmark and Poland, the Eltwin group develops, sells and produces industrial electronics. The Eltwin group has about 50 employees and last year turned over approximately DKK 70 million.
Delphi’s team consisted of Per-Ivar Svensson and Rebecka Thörn and they cooperated on the acquisition with the Danish law firm, Lund Elmer Sandager and the Polish law firm, Soltysinski Kawecki & Szlezak.
