Delphi has advised Spenshult AB on the sale of Spenshult AB’s eye clinics in Malmö, Helsingborg and Kristianstad to Aleris AB.
Aleris is a privately held health care company that offers services within health care, elderly care and mental health in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Aleris is owned by Investor and has approximately 8,500 employees and a turnover of nearly SEK 7 billion.
Delphi’s team was led by Olof Myhrman, partner of Delphi’s M&A group, Caroline Ygge, partner of Delphi’s IP and public procurement group, Linda Dahlström, senior associate in Delphi’s public procurement group and Lina Hallgren, associate in Delphi’s M&A and public procurement group.
