Delphi advisor to Speqta AB (publ) in connection with sale of Eone Oy (Rahalaitos)

Advokatfirman Delphi has assisted Speqta AB (publ) in connection with Speqta’s sale of all shares in Eone Oy (Rahalaitos), the leading Finnish loan intermediary, to Sambla Group AB. The purchase price amounts to maximum EUR 48,4 million in total and consists of a cash purchase price of approximately EUR 40,4 million and an additional cash payment of maximum EUR 8,0 million. The sale entails great opportunities for Speqta who, as a result of the contemplated transaction, initiates a strategic review of its business. Speqta offers performance-based lead generation-platforms using data and AI. The company has two business areas, Speqta AdTech and Speqta Content & Comparison. The company is listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market in Stockholm.
