Delphi advisor to the sellers of Kosmo in the divestment of Norlandia Care Group

Delphi has advised the sellers of Kosmo (Kropp och Själ Med Omtanke i Helsingborg AB) on the divestment of all shares to Norlandia Care AB.

Kosmo was founded in 1992 and is today running 28 businesses, mainly within the elderly. Kosmo has annual revenues of approximately SEK 750 million and has about 1600 employees and is one of Sweden’s largest companies in the elderly. The acquisition means that Norlandia and Kosmo will together continue the work to further develop the care and welfare services.

Delphi’s team mainly consisted of David Aversten (lead partner), and the lawyers Fredrik Mörner and Rickard Isacson.
