Advokatfirman Delphi has advised Obligo Investment Management AS when Hyresbostäder i Sverige II AB, managed by Obligo, sold six properties in Norrköping.
The properties have a total area of approximately 135 000 square meters divided into 1899 apartments.
The acquiring company is Broadgate & Stendörren and the deal value for the transaction is approximately SEK 950 million.
