Delphi legal advisor to Obligoförvaltade Hyresbostäder i Sverige II when they signed agreements with D. Carnegie & Co

Delphi has been legal advisor to the owners of Hyresbostäder i Sverige II (HBS II), concerning an agreement with D. Carnegie on the merger of HBS II and D.Carnegies respective property portfolios. The deal means that D.Carnegie become one of Sweden’s largest listed residential property company.

 

The underlying total property value is approximately 9.5 BSEK and covers around 12,000 apartments throughout Stockholm and Mälardalen. After the transaction is intended that the management of all properties are coordinated in what will be one of Sweden’s most experienced and professional management team.
HBS II are extremely knowledgeable managers by Obligo Investment Management and also has its own property management organization, Graflunds.

Delphi’s team was led by Magnus Björkander, partner in charge, with the support of Per Berglöf, and mainly assisted by senior associates Andreas Wirén and Olof Hagberg and associates Erika Hammar and Richard Isacson.
