Delphi is representing Unlimited Travel Group UTG AB (UTG) in the acquisition of 85% of the shares in Specialresor Birgitta Johnson AB (SBJ). SBJ produces and sells package holidays in cooperation with companies and organisations and arranges yearly trips mainly to European destinations. UTG’s business comprises owning, developing and acquiring small and medium sized travel companies that are specialized, independent and entrepreneurial. The business was started in December 2002 and is today a company group that includes the parent company UTG and the subsidiaries Västindienspecialisten, Birdie Golf Tours, Ski Unlimited, Travel Beyond, WI-Resor, JB Travel, Eventyr, Världens Resor, PolarQuest, UTG Reseproduktion and SBJ. UTG is listed on NASDAQ OMX First North.
