Hemsö has signed an agreement with Sveafastigheter on the assignment of 15 care properties. Delphi has assisted Hemsö in the acquisition. The acquisition is based on a property value of approximately SEK 132 million. Delphi’s team included Erika Rosenberg and Magnus Björkander.
