Emma Österdahl joins Delphi as Specialist Counsel

Delphi’s Gothenburg office strengthens its real estate practice through the recruitment of Emma Österdahl, who joins as Specialist Counsel on 27 August 2025.

Emma Österdahl most recently held the position of Regional Manager at Fastighetsägarna GFR. She is specialized in real estate law, with a particular focus on commercial leases and other commercial tenancy rights, as well as residential leases. Emma has many years of experience in real estate law – both as a real estate lawyer at Fastighetsägarna in Gothenburg and as an associate in the real estate group at Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå. She is also an experienced lecturer and course leader.
