Delphi advisor to the sellers in connection with the divestment of Cesium AB

Delphi has advised the sellers in connection with the sale of Cesium AB to Nordic Shield Group AB.

Cesium AB is one of Europe’s leading suppliers of mobile security vaults, security storage facilities and security buildings, specialising in the manufacture and sale of high-tech security solutions for storage of explosives, weapons and goods susceptible to theft.

Delphi’s team consisted of Stefan Lindh, Klara Larsson, Fanny Maxeby and Matilda Claussén-Karlsson.
