Delphi advisor to Nordic Outdoor Group on the acquisition of Fibe AB

Advokatfirman Delphi has advised Nordic Outdoor Group in connection with the group’s acquisition of Fibe AB, a leading Nordic supplier of live bait and ice fishing equipment.

Through the acquisition, Nordic Outdoor Group strengthens its position in sport fishing and continues to build on its investment in ice and winter fishing, following its acquisition of BIOS Aktiebolag and the iFish brand earlier this year.

Fibe, founded in 1999 and based in Kungsängen, has established a strong position in the Nordic live bait market and also offers a broad range of ice fishing products. Fibe becomes the seventh company in Nordic Outdoor Group.

Delphi advised Nordic Outdoor Group throughout the transaction process, with Sven Lindblom and Elfie Ekegren Franzetti acting as advisers.
